Dr. David Jacobs: ET Human Hybrid Plan
Something very ugly and monstrous is going on and no one in authority can officially acknowledge it.
If something has an ET+Human+Hybrid plan that's well underway, the general public would be the last to know.

Although Dr. Jacobs research implies that something very ominous is happening to people, there could still be benevolent beings as well. The earth could be the equivalent of a cosmic laboratory campus where various beings with differing agendas interact with the captive human population.
